Flag Football is a fun and exciting sport that teaches kids the basics of football while promoting teamwork, coordination, and exercise. In this first-grade class, children will learn the rules of the game, how to pass, catch, and run with the ball, and how to play as a team. Join us for a season of fun, friendship, and flag football!

The Sports U Baseball classes are designed to introduce the Fundamentals of Baseball to your children. The 12 week session runs September 14th - December 6th on Monday's from 3:10pm until 4:00pm.

An Informative class, incorporating; dribbling, trapping, passing, shooting, goalie play, and team strategies / concepts. Following the practice session, the teams will compete in an organized and structured game, reinforcing the learned skills. Covid Precautions / Guidelines - Classes will be of reduced size, Coaches will wear masks (when social distancing is not available), classes will be held predominantly out-doors (on our 10 thousand square foot grass field) with in-door as weather back-up, all participants will undergo temperature checks, and parents will be encouraged to remain safe distance when drop-off is not an option. Covid 19 Refund Policy - if the State of NJ closes, due to the Covid 19 Pandemic, we will issue refunds for classes during the closure period.
