    The Sports Universe Flag Football/Lacrosse classes are designed to learn the basics of both sports. Each class consists of drills and actual gameplay.

    This 12-week session runs March 3. - April 19.

    The class covers:

    • Proper stick handling

  • Winter Flag Football Class

    Flag Football Clinic. Participants will use the skills they've learned in two 15 minute halves of game play. Classes from 3:10pm-4:00pm.

    Tuesday session runs: 12/6/16 to 2/28/17 no class 12/26

    Friday session runs: 12/9/16 to 3/3/17 no class 12/29

    ** Please note that there are 2 different classes on Friday at the SAME time, so please choose the class based on your child's age.**

    The flag football clinic is designed to improve:

    • Throwing technique/Quarterback play

    • Proper pass catching

    • Play calling

    • Line play

    • Defensive positioning

    • Game play strategies and rules.

    Fall Flag Football League 2024 (K&1)

    Season Begins 6 Game Saturday Season begins September 21 (games running 10 am - 2 pm / Saturdays (as registration requires) / Sept 21, 28, Oct 5, 12, 19, 26 (tentative). The flag football league for kindergarten to 1st grade would be a great way for children to learn football, while competing in organized and structured games. Children will be placed on age appropriate Teams, and have weekly games, Coached and instructed by Our Staff, to insure they learn the fundamentals of football, including passing, catching, and running with the ball The rules of the game would be simplified to make them accessible to the participants , with a focus on understanding and fair play. Shirts will be provided, cleats / gloves are optional.
