Each week the participants will compete in a mix of softball / baseball, basketball, lacrosse, and hockey. Drills and skills, followed by actual game play

Participants will work on; proper throwing, catching, base running, and hitting techniques. Real game play will also be incorporated, stressing learned skills. Glove required.
