2/3rd Grade (Modified Kid Pitch) Product Description -This competitive league is designed for children 2nd – 3rd Grade. The children will be divided into teams (after registration). • Players compete in a 7-week season. Volunteer parents will coach teams. • There will be 2 Pre-Season Practice. Followed by 2 practices throughout the season • Each game is 1 hour in duration. Games will consist of Coach Pitch followed by Modified Kid Pitch • T-shirts and awards provided. Games: Sundays 9:00 – 10:00 AM or 10:00 – 11:00 AM (Games Held In Livingston / Short Hills area) Following Registration, A practice and game Schedule Will Be Announced. A pre-season practice is held, followed by a 6 game Competitive Season.All Teams are Coached and games facility by Sports Universe Staff and Coaches.Season beings Sunday September 18, and games are played Sunday mornings (weather permitting) 9 - 11 AM. -
Fall Flag Football League 2023/24
Season Begins 6 Game Saturday Season begins November 11 (games running 10 am - 2 pm (as registration requires) The flag football league for kindergarten to 4th grade would be a great way for children to learn football, while competing in organized and structured games. Children will be placed on age appropriate Teams, and have weekly games, Coached and instructed by Our Staff, to insure they learn the fundamentals of football, including passing, catching, and running with the ball The rules of the game would be simplified to make them accessible to the participants , with a focus on understanding and fair play. Shirts will be provided, cleats / gloves are optional. November 11, 19, Dec 2, 9, 16, January 6 *will not play in weather less then 33 degrees. *Will assure you will not conflict with SUSHL (Sports Universe Street Hockey League) for those who play both! -
Little Rookies Spring Baseball
The Pre-Fall Baseball League is designed for children 3 - 5 (Pre Kindergarten). The children will be divided into teams (after registration). • Players compete in a 6-week season. Volunteer parents will coach teams. • There will be 1 practice prior to the season. • Each game is 1 hour in duration, with a 10 minute skill session, followed by a 3 inning game. Games will consist of Coach Pitch, and real game play • T-shirts provided. Games: Sundays 9:00 – 10:00 AM or 10:00 – 11:00 AM (Games / practices held outside at the NEW Sports Universe Baseball Field . Schedule Will Be Announced. Games will consist of Coach pitch, and real gameplay. Games: Sunday 9:00 – 10:00 AM or 10:00 – 11:00 AM (Games Held In Livingston / Short Hills area- Locations TBD) Games beginning on Sunday April 19th with a schedule to be released after registration. Uniform and medals will be provided! -
Winter Flag Football League 2022
Our Winter Classic Flag Football League Season 2 is designed for children Kindergarten - 6th Grade. Games will be held, on Our Outside Field located at 355 Eisenhower Parkway, Livingston, in temperatures above 25 degrees. The Season will consist of 6 Games, followed by Championship Weekend. Teams will be balanced and divided into age appropriate divisions. Parents / Coaches volunteers welcome. Season dates; Dec 10, 17, Jan 7, 14, 21, 28 and Feb 4 Super Bowl Saturday (weather dependent.) Games; 11 - 4 pm
