    The Sports U Baseball classes are designed to introduce the Fundamentals of Baseball to your children.

    This session runs December 2 – March 9. (Classes priced accordingly)

    The class includes the teaching of:

    • Proper positioning

    • Base running

    • Throwing

    • Fielding

    • Catching

  • Monday Lacrosse Class (Ages 5-7)

    Learn the basics of this new and growing sport. Each class consists of drills and actual game play.  The 12 week session runs Sep 12 - Nov 28 From 3:10pm-4:00pm

    • Proper stick handling

    • Shooting

    • Passing techniques,
