Thank you for submitting your child’s hockey application and we are excited to see you very soon! In the confirmation email you will receive shortly, there will be directions on the final step to complete the application process. Please remember to open the email and follow the steps outlined (listed below as well).
( All steps below are REQUIRED in order for us to accept your application)
1. Mail a check made out to Sports Universe in the amount of $220.00 within 5 business days from today.
2. Print a copy of the email and include it inside of your envelope.
3. Mail both your check and a copy of the email to:
